A hike suitable for everyone, reach one of the most beautiful and panoramic peaks in western Liguria, which, from its 2050 meters above sea level, dominates the Nervia Valley and the Ligurian Sea.

An opportunity to appreciate and learn about the territories of the Parco delle Alpi Liguri on the border between Italy and France.

We will set off from Colle Melosa and follow the path that, among pine trees and grassy slopes, leads to the rifugio Grai, from here we will continue along the dirt road to the Passo Valletta pass, and then in a short time reach the panoramic peak of Monte Pietravecchia, overlooking the valleys.

After having a rest, we will descend, following the first section of the Sentiero degli Alpini, from the fontana Eritrea to the fonte Itala spring, among meadows and larch forest, and then return shortly to Colle Melosa.
